About the Role: As an Academic Officer, you will play a pivotal role in refining lesson plans and learning materials through daily feedback on teacher performance and student progress. You will serve as a liaison between the Academic Team and field educators, ensuring alignment with instructional objectives and continuous improvement in pedagogical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Instructional Design Writers to enhance lesson plans and learning materials.
- Assess the integration of learning materials within classroom settings.
- Evaluate and implement innovative instructional practices and technological tools.
- Conduct daily school visits to observe lessons and provide detailed feedback.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform academic planning and decision-making.
- Support the design and execution of Measurement and Evaluation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of educational excellence through rigorous feedback and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience in education or community development.
