About the Role: As an Academic Officer, you will play a pivotal role in refining lesson plans and learning materials through daily feedback on teacher performance and student progress. You will serve as a liaison between the Academic Team and field educators, ensuring alignment with instructional objectives and continuous improvement in pedagogical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Instructional Design Writers to enhance lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Assess the integration of learning materials within classroom settings.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative instructional practices and technological tools.
  • Conduct daily school visits to observe lessons and provide detailed feedback.
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform academic planning and decision-making.
  • Support the design and execution of Measurement and Evaluation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of educational excellence through rigorous feedback and accountability.
