Job Description of Khasi Freelance Translator
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation from English to Khasi and Khasi to English.
- Convert text, video, and audio recordings from English to Khasi.
- Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
- Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check the quality of translation.
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and Khasi typing.
Experience:
- Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a Translator or Subtitler.
- Strong proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Good knowledge of CAT Tools.
