- Reports to the Manager, IT Operations.
- Provides front-line support and superior customer service.
What You Will Do
- Ensure delivery in key functional areas:
- Teacher Tablets
- Smartphones and Tablets
- Problem Management
- Support Office Support
- The first point of IT support contact for all staff.
- Proactively troubleshoot and contribute to data analytics tools.
- Deploy IT assets and peripherals, and expedite repairs.
What You Should Have
- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in a relevant discipline with suitable IT/industry experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT hardware.
- Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills.
