About the Role
- The Associate, Instructional Design (Garo language) position is open for Delhi/Hyderabad/Shillong office, with a remote working option.
Responsibilities
- Develop Garo language courses for primary school pupils, aligning with the state syllabus and approved textbooks.
- Write detailed lesson plans following NewGlobe standards, with guidance from a supervisor.
- Create Garo language assessments and support on translation and other projects within Instructional Design or other Academics departments.
Requirements
- Commitment to improving educational quality and access in India.
- 2+ years of experience in Indian education, with teaching experience preferred.
- Expert-level fluency in Garo language and English, advanced study of Garo preferred.
- Demonstrated instructional design experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, planning, and attention to detail skills are essential.
