Meghalaya Social Welfare Recruitment 2023

Meghalaya Social welfare Released notification to invite application from eligible candidates who are citizens of India for the various posts of IEC Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Liason Officer, and Computer Operator which is purely on a contract basis for the Substance Use Prevention Cell under the Drug Reduction Elimination and Action Mission (DREAM) policy. The last date for submission of the application is 11th September 2023.

1. IEC Officer

No of posts: 1

Place of posting: Shillong

Age limit: As per the norms of the Government of Meghalaya.

Salary: Rs. 30,000/-

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism/Mass Media/ Development Communication/ Advertising/ Digital Media.

Experience: Having 1 to 2 years of Experience in Mass Communication IEC/BCC Activities/ Experience at the Programmed management level in an NGD or the State/ District Level in an IEC program.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

No of posts: 1

Place of posting: Shillong

Age limit: As per the norms of the Government of Meghalaya.

Salary: Rs. Rs. 30,000/-

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Statistics or related subjects with specialization in Demography/ Bio-statistics/ Operations Research/ Sampling. Advance Degree/ Diploma or Post Graduate Course in Computers from an Institute of Repute. Knowledge of Local Language.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years experience of working in the field of monitoring of projects preferably in the field of health or Social Development/ Handling Data and Analysis aid Work hg on Computerized databases and Analysis Software.

3. Liason Officer

No of posts: 1

Place of posting: Shillong

Age limit: As per the norms of the Government of Meghalaya.

Salary: Rs. 25,000/-

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/ Communication/ Political Science/ International Relations.

4. Computer Operator

No of posts: 2

Place of posting: Shillong

Age limit: As per the norms of the Government of Meghalaya.

Salary: Rs. 20,000/

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
